At ElectricGen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
How to Return:
- Notify us of your return request via email at info@electricgen.eu.
- Obtain and complete the returns form. Request it by email if needed and include it with your returned item(s).
- Ensure the returned item(s) is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and accessories.
- For used products, inspection may take up to 30 days. A restocking fee might apply for items not returned in their original condition, depending on the condition.
- Ship the item(s) to the address specified on the returns form, and email the parcel tracking number and receipt to info@electricgen.eu.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed. You will be notified via email, and refunds typically appear in your account within 7-14 working days.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
For incorrect purchases, contact us to arrange an exchange. After the returned item is verified, we will ship the replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any price differences.
Defective Items:
Faulty products are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty and are eligible for replacement only. Refunds are not provided for defective items. Claims must include proof of correct installation, such as photos. ElectricGen covers shipping costs for one-time replacements.
Customs Fees and Duties:
ElectricGen ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are liable for any import duties, customs clearance charges, or related fees. Consult your local customs office for further details.
